Where high trees prop up the clouds, where the sun touches mountains, where stone locks tower above the river overflows, on crossing  of the worlds and roads on three long summer days and three short summer nights people come from all over the world to Svirzh leading the way shades of the forgotten ancestors. There the world reasons incessantly will sound at all levels of your perception. You will be able to hear, see, feel, grasp and memorize the most heartfelt festival in your life. Yet you can imagine it.

From July, 31 till August, 2, 2009 in village Svirzh (the Lviv oblast, Ukraine) the international festival of the world cultures will pass. Age-old lock of 1482, park and church, inimitable landscape with fanciful rocks, overflows of the rivers with islets, inundated by sun green fields, and music, music, music….

Music and literature, dances and handicrafts, cuisines and dramatic art almost from all corners of the world will be presented on a festival. Armenians and Georgians, Americans and Japanese, Hungarians and Moldavians, the French and Estonians, Kirghizs and Israelis, Algerians and Italians, Polishes and Czechs, Russians and, certainly, Ukrainians – here is only small list of those who will participate in the festival, giving parts of their souls.

You are expected more than 60 concerts on 3 stages, literature, dancing and playing stages, a lot of master-classes and hundreds meters of exhibition spaces, and also complete spectrum of services for the festival guests, including camping, parking and all other services.
